Returns and Exchanges
We aim to make your shopping experience at Onibujin.com satisfying, but understand this may not always be the case. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, have received a defective product, or wish to make an exchange, please follow these instructions. Please understand that because of the personal nature of our products we may not be able to complete your request.
We do not accept returns on toys or personal use items under any condition, unless they are defective. All other returned products must be unused and unopened in order to receive a refund. Clothes and shoes must be unworn with the original tags still attached and in the original manufacturer packaging. We make no exceptions to these requirements.
Defective products will be replaced at no charge to you with the exact item only. You must check the working condition and material quality of all products before use. We will not accept a return of any item, even a defective item, that appears to have been used or washed.
Onibujin Network reserves the right to deny the return of any product that is judged not to meet the conditions outlined above or to have been deliberately damaged or damaged through misuse or poor shipment packaging. The terms of this returns policy are subject to change without notice.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
To initiate a return, please e-mail orders@onibujin.com within 10 days from the date of your invoice. Include your order number in the e-mail subject line and the word "return." Briefly explain what item you would like to return and the reason for the return (e.g., defective, wrong size, not what you expected) and indicate whether you are requesting a refund or exchange. Exchange requests should indicate the product(s) you prefer and include your explicit authorization to charge your credit card any difference in price. Exchanges may be made only for items of equal or greater value.
We will reply to your e-mail promptly with a return merchandise authorization ("RMA") and further shipping instructions. Shipping charges related to all return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer. All returns must clearly reflect a valid RMA issued by Onibujin Network and must be received within 30 days of our issuing an RMA.
Order Cancellations and Delivery Failures
If you need to cancel your order before it has been shipped, send a written request to orders@onibujin.com. Include your order number in the e-mail subject line and the words "order cancellation." A confirmation of your cancellation will be e-mailed to you and $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. We regret to charge processing fees back to our customers, and hope you understand they are necessary to cover associated costs, credit card processing fees, and fees assessed by our shipping partners.
Onibujin is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. In the event of an undeliverable shipment, Onibujin Network will refund the credit card for the amount of the items purchased, minus a processing fee of $12.00. Shipping charges are not refundable.
